Government aid/energy efficiency?

I heard that the government will aid you in installing energy efficient windows in your house. Does anyone know about this?

Go to the U.S. Dept of Energy's website and click in the link box that says "States".  This will take you to your individual state's programs and incentives to find what's available.  

If you don't live in the U.S., you'll need to check with your local or regional govt to find out.

Government aid? Isn't it taxpayer money? Remember all theese gov. hand outs are paid for buy your neighbors.
