Governor's Table Rice/Veggie Steamer

I received this product as a wedding gift 10 years ago and don't have a manual, nor can I even find the brand name anywhere. Does anyone have any info as to where I can find information on the Governor's Table brand of products (is it made by someone else with no connection)? Or is it not a recommended product and was pulled so perhaps I shouldn't use it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
