Gp mx3 pocket bike wont start!

i pulled it so many times and it didnt work i even twisted the throttle and pulled it! i turned the white thing on then i put the lever up and twisted the throttle then i pulled it and it still didnt start Help!!!

  1. An engine needs three things to run. Gas air and spark.
