  1. It is difficult to say the least, but it is possible. Many people do this every day because they have no other choice and I often wonder that something must compromise in their life, weather it be the grades, their work standards or family life.

I would probably recommend starting off your grad school experience full-time and not working for the first year, so that you know what the course load entails and then to ease yourself back into employment, starting with part-time work, before moving onto full-time employment and full-time school.

Other options are part-time school, take evening or weekend classes while working full-time. Many universities offer part-time grad programs.

  2. It's possible, but very difficult.  You need to have a supportive employer, a supportive family, a willingness to work very hard and a strong work ethic.

Plenty of people do it, but it's generally an unpleasant 2 or 3 years.

  3. It is tough if you havent been going to school for a while. It is ok for me because I have been doing this all the time and never take much a break from school.
