Grad student teaching a class, allowed to date an undergrad student?

Its unethical to do so. Teachers must always maintain proper teacher-student relationship.

Conflict of interests.  You need to think of every scenario really....what if you guys have a tiff?  what if you stop dating?  How will it effect your ability to teach?  It get's too messy.

I wouldn't go there....

Are they allowed to?  Depends on if the school has a written code of conduct they expect their instructors to follow.  (More and more are doing so.)

Should they, regardless of whether there's a written code?  Absolutely not.  A person in a position of authority should not date another person for whom they are responsible for evaluating.
