Grade 8 graduation!?

Question

My grade 8 graduation is coming up in about 10 months. Would it be too early to get my outfit in a month or two? I live in Toronto, and I prefer to buy it in-store, so if you could offer some stores (and a site if they have) where I could buy one, that would be great. I'm going to wear a knee-length dress, with flats. Also, any sites for shoes.

The most time before the graduation to buy everything should just be only about a month, because at that age you're still in puberty, so your hormones will be changing a lot, heck who knows you might even grow 2 cup sizes in 10 months. Also with shoes. I doubt you'll grow two full sizes in that little time.
