Graded sports cards?

Question

I know when buying stuff off ebay there is a chance that it could be fake. I have read where people are buying game-used baseball cards only to find out that they were fakes. My question is if you buy Graded cards off ebay the chances that they are fakes are slim right?

As long as the company that did the grading is reputable and you can verify that the card really was graded by that company.
