  1. If you are in Dublin for St. Patrick's weekend, you must see the fireworks display. This website  gives you an idea of how spectacular it is:

  2. Coppers nightclub in Harcourt Street, Dublin(monday nurses night). You'll fit in there no probs. Lol

  3. To stay=Stranmillis University College/right in the heart of Belfast and a safe haven of 42 acres of grounds.

The teaching college for student teachers in the North of Ireland.

Arboe House is on-suite for familys and guest's.

  4. Stay in Dublin for awhile when you first go and get settled in good...Probably easiest to find work, accomadation etc etc..But its very expensive..The night lifes good tho..U know what they say about all work and no play

  5. I agree with the two others above. Belfast had a bad reputation in the past but it is quite different now and "Stran" is a very good place to stay but may not be available all year. My Australian cousins took an excellent bus trip which stayed in modest places like hostels and showed you all the sights. It is the best way to see the whole country and with no worries. I'll try and find it for you.  Ulsterbus do tours starting in Belfast. You can also look up culturenortherireland.org or Irish Tourist board or if you want the best welcome in Ireland go to website Annas House for luxury but Youth hostels are excellent especially the one on the North Antrim coast.

  6. You should go to Dublin, Cork, Galway, Blarney Castle (in Cork), Cliffs or Moher and Aran Islands (both in co. Galway).  As for places to stay the hostels are actually pretty nice in all those areas that where i always stayed when i was traveling and it was inexpensive, and a place to sleep, also you could bring some of your own food to make for meals and save some money cause you could just cook it yourself at the hostels usually they have a kitchen.  Have fun its a beautiful country. at that time of year bring an umbrela and a lighter water proof coat it will rain almost everyday but only for a bit and it will come out of nowhere sometimes.
