Graduation Themes?

Does anyone have any original ideas on themes for a High School Graduation Party? If you could also include any unique decorations or extras for the party that would be great. Thanks.

Decorate in the color of the school, although that's not very original:) ......How about "Up, Up and AWAY" and use hot air balloons as your theme?

Maybe focus on or around the year you were born, late 80's early 90's.  What were the trends back then. . . .fashion. . . best movie that year, design a theme about that.  Serve foods that might have been popular. . . everyone dress 80's, big hair etc.,

I'm not good with themes, but I found a website where you can get M&Ms custom printed for special occassions, and I was thinking about having some done for my neighbor's daughter's graduation coming up.  You could get them in the guest of honor's school colors, and have his/her name printed on one and 2008 printed on the other.
