Graduation party.?

can anyone give me a checklist of what i need to host graduation party? It's my grad party and im in charge. So, i don't want to forget something and regret it. Thanks!

Food (meat dish, chicken dish, pasta dish, veggie dish)

Tables

Chairs

Tablecloths not a must if you can't afford it.

Napkins both dinner and dessert

Dinner plates and dessert plates, can be paper

Forks, knives, spoons (plastic)

Rolls

cups, for cold and hot drinks

Coffee maker (urn)

sugar, milk, and sweet and low, for those who don't use sugar

Tea bags for those who don't drink coffee

water soda, ice, etc

Salads (can do just a green salad)

Coolers for the drinks and ice to fill them and extra ice if needed

Condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and whatever else for what you're serving.

Cake and utensils to serve the cake with

Cookies if you want to offer something other than just the cake, that's YOUR choice though!

Garbage bags and bins, recycle bins too

Holders for the flatware, rolls, etc.  Just a basket or something lined with a napkin
