The Batting coach of England Graham Gooch hopes England will show consistency at the top of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/ICC-World-Cup-2011-c100625 Test rankings table and will stay there for quite some time.
The 58-year-old former England batsman has his hopes attached with the youngsters in the England side that toppled as the numero uno Test side by inflicting a 4-0 series whitewash on the tourists.
"The ages of the group of players they currently have in the England dressing room is such that those players could be around for a while,” said the batting coach of Poms while talking to the media reporters, “so if they keep performing and looking
for ways to improve, which I'm sure they will, then the current crop will be there for a number of years yet and that's exciting," he added further.
