Grammar help please. Reported speech.?

A little help with reported speech. I am trying to grasp this concept. My students are having some problems with it, but truth be told, so am I. Here are some examples that I created. Can someone show me how to change these sentences into reported speech?

Paul said “I go swimming on Tuesdays”.

Jamie said “John has never been to London”.

Keith said “I went fishing before lunch”.
