Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura or Lanzarote??

Question

Want to go on holiday around 21st Sept for one week or two. Cant decide on which island to go to!! There will be me and my man having a romantic time but we also like a good night out. We want definate hot weather too!! not much to ask!! Any ideas?? Ive been to Gran Canaria but not the others, whats the best resorts to go to? any reccomendations??
