Grand Theft Auto, Vice City on PS2?

Question

Okay, I keep driving my car to Starfish Island but its blocked off! How do I unlock it? I am on the mission to kill the delivery guy on the bike before he delivers all 50.

Help? How do you Unlock Starfish Island!

You have to keep on playing and do missions.  You unlock Starfish Island after you beat the mission with Ricardo Diaz when you have to protect him during the drug trade with the Cubans or Haitis i do not know.

you have to keep playing the story missions, at some point it will let you go their, there should be a radio message like "the bridge is safe to go on" something along those lines, cause at first it said it was closed due to a hurraicane or something, its just a cheesy way of rockstart to keep u outta the other city, but it shouldnt be too far into the missions when it opens for u. hope i helped u

Sorry, i have never played vice city. BUT, i know for a fact that all gta games are the same, so you will just have to unlock it by doing the missions. Good Luck.

i dont really remember its been year since i played Vice City, but you have to pass some mission to get it unlocked
