Grand central rail - UK?

does any-one know when grand central are due to start services thanks

they've been held up because the diddn't pay their contractors - the current hold up is getting their stock approved (the coaches are 110mph standard coaches rewired to work with the HST Three Phase electrical system - they also will be used at 125mph so have had work to pass them for the higher speeds)
