while putting a board through the rear window from Lowes, board hit instrument panel and busted it (lincoln t/c , 1995 executive. . I bought a used one on line. How to remove and replace it. thanks. ovil123

This is possible, but not really a weekend do-it-yourself'r kind of job. You will need to disassemble a good bit of the dash to do this. Access to the cluster is from behind the dash pad and awkward. If you need to remove the entire dash panel, you need to be concerned about the passenger air bag and de-arming it.

I'd start by looking for a TC Body service manual, you might have to buy one and see just how hard this will be. Consider giving this job to a body shop as an alternative.
