Grand theft auto 4 help?

Question

I have just completed the mission in which you can choose whether you kill dwayne or playboy x(i chose playboy x). The next mission starts when malorie calls you but i have waited 4 days and she still hasn't called me. I looked on a walkthrough and it says she wont call you if you haven't completed all the elizebeta missions but there isnt a little E on the map. Please,what do i do to get the phone call.

hmm when i did it, i just drove around a bit and she called me  try doing any other missions that are available any of them u shud get a call soon sorry im not exact i beat the game but i havent played it in a while

try calling elizabeta or mallorie, or call roman, i had the same problem, if you call roman, his message will be ringing, 1 minutee later, mallorie called me, hope it helps!
