GrandCentral Voicemail Option.?

Question

Well I guess when people call my GrandCentral number they only have 4 rings before the number goes into voicemail. Is there a possible way to change the ring count to like 6 rings or more?

I've searched all over my GC account and can't find any configuration setting for number of rings before going to VoiceMail.  So, it does appear to be a fixed value.  Hopefully, they will incorporate that as an added feature in the upcoming new version of GC...

P.S.

GC has a page on their Help section where you can suggest new features.  I have just suggested they include the ability to "set number of rings before going to voicemail".
