Grande Prairie?

I'm moving into an apartment with 2 other people.. the rent is $900, they said for me to pay $600 and they'll pay the rest including utilities.. does that seem equal?

  1. Not fair at all!! Look in the Grande Prairie Daily herald tribune classifides, you can certainly do better and there is alot more available now, even though the rents are ridiculous.

  2. Something there just dosen't seem to add up...  I wouldn't pay more than $450 in that situation.

  3. Lets assume utilities equal

    - $250 gas and electric

    - $50 for cable

    - $50 for phone

    This totals: $350 plus $300 balance of rent. therefore the other two will only pay $325 each while you pay $600? Not a good deal. I would take total expenses of $900 rent and $350 utilities and split 3 ways. $1250/3= $417.00 each...if they don't go for it, don't move in with them.
