Grandma's present....it is her birthday i need some help!?

i need some help think of a present to make for my grandma..her birthday is coming up...please help!

A great gift for any grandma is your time, spend the day with her- or create a scrap book of photos and memories of the two of you.. or better yet. create the book with the help of your grandmother.. a project you can both share and enjoy .

My grandma lives alone and about an hour away from the family so she doesn't get to see us as often as I know she would like.  I usually send her flowers on her birthday, but this year I sent her a plant that her gardner can put in the backyard for her. It wont die like flowers!  I also usually give her a nice picture (a bigger one because she has a hard time seeing) of the family or the grand kids that I took on a recent holiday.
