I too am unsure what your question is, but, because it is posed under rail, I will confirm that there was a hotel built at Grange-over-Sands by the railway company. Ownership passed to British Transport Hotels in 1948 as part of the nationalised British Transport Commission. The assets of British Transport Hotels were privatised in the 1980s
