Grant County Indiana, Local horse Trainer?

I Live in grant county and need a lot of help with my horse. She is the one from the question Bucking and Raring Horse when riden. It doesn't even have to be a real horse trainer just someone that could help me for a cheep price, mom and dad think we don't need one so I will be paying for it, i'm 19 with a min. wage job.
