I am looking for a certified professional grant writter to help me get a few grants.

I don't know about Professional and Certified... that may be harder to get. But if you would just like someone to do the work for you (and do it well!) advertise at your local college where grad students hang out. Offer them something like $8 an hour, make it due in pieces and give them 1% if you actually obtain the grant!
