Grant money question

i got a pell grant, a state grant, and an academic grant for school this semester. i also got a work study.. but I'm choosing to deny that bc i can get more money just staying with my job.

my question is.. that ill have about 2600 dollars left from my grant money, after tuition and books. what am i allowed to spend that money on?

  1. Well, ideally the money is supposed to be used for educational purposes. So maybe you charged those books to your credit card. Well you can pay that off. Or if you need another computer or something like that. If all of your educational expenses are covered for (and that includes stuff like transportation) then you can spend it on anything you want.
