Granted permanent residence by sponsorship on fake information

i am in trouble. i have been engaged with this girl for 4 months. 2 years ago, i sponsored her for permament residence. She got her papers etc...At the minute she arrived in canada, she told me to get lost. Anything i can do? i mean besides loosing 4 years of my life, a fortune supporting her, i am responsible for her 3 years. There must be a way so she can be sent back. I have written evidence she has been cheating on me with multiple partners the whole time.she just used me. thats all.

Report her to Immigration Canada for fraud and revoke your sponsorship since it was based on her defrauding you.  If you know where she is, contact an attorney immediately and sue her for every cent you have spent on her, plus whatever else you sue for under Canadian law (you have suffered emotionally as well as financially as a result of her defrauding you).  If you actually married her, file for an annulment as the marriage was based upon her defrauding you.

If you do NOT report her, you could be charged with fraud as her accomplice.  You should have filed against her long ago, so you had better have a very good reason why you did not.

Yes, you are right, you can not revoke your sponsorship.  You are responsible for her for 3 years if she decides to go on welfare, even if she claims disability, you will have to pay it back.

However, if somebody lied to immigration about anything, they can lose their PR.  Maybe since she had no problem lying to you, she also lied to immigration.  That would be the only way she would get deported.

Very sorry to hear it. Unfortunately these situations do occur. Did she commit actual fraud, or did she simply use you in order to be with someone else? You might speak with your nearest immigration office to determine under what circumstances they would open a fraud investigation.
