I take it you mean business. Bossiness has a completely different meaning.

You won´t get grants to start a business over here, all you need is the will to work. You will need to come from another EU country to be able to work without a permit.

Many people from the UK are working over here. Personally I prefer the Spanish, but many feel comfortable employing Brits because of the language. I´ve been here three years and I can speak Spanish. It may well transpire that you will need to learn Spanish too.
