  1. sounds like a cyst to me i have 3 on my head one right on the back og my neck its like a big gumball size started off real small my dr tells me it is a cyst

  2. Nope.It is a swollen lymph node. This just means that your body is fighting an illness. Sounds like  you have the flu. Once you recover

the swollen lymph node will go down and you won't feel it again. It happens a lot when you are sick. As you have lymph nodes on either side of your throat sometimes both of them will be swollen. It is

perfectly normal function of your immune system.

  3. Could be a cyst or fatty tumor, but more than likely it is a swollen gland, which is giving you the fever. You'll probably need some antibiotics to clear it up. You can feel those glands, one on each side of your neck, just below your jaw bone. Best to get to the Doctors and get it taken care of with antibiotics or it may spread further into your ear, which may have already happened due to the dizziness. If it would turn out to be a cyst, you would have to see your Doctor anyway for him to drain it. Good luck to you sir.

  4. Sounds like it is a lymph node. Which would explain your other symptoms. Get to a doctor soon.

  5. You need to go to a doctor and have it diagnosed by a professional not by those of us on answers.  It could be something serious that needs proper treatment.

A lot of the answers say not to worry that it's just a cyst, or a lymph node reacting to infection.  Didn't want to scare you but when my mom found a swollen lymph node and didn't feel good and finally had it checked - leukemia.  Get it checked out asap.
