In the last chapter of the grapes of wrath.. What does the mysterious smile on rose of sharons lips seem to suggest???

when he breastfeeds the man

The best thing i have so far is that she changed from self centered to being giving..

Is that right please help??

I studied the Grapes of Wrath last year in my Honors English class. My teacher, after allowing us to brainstorm, told us that she was glad she could be of use because after losing her baby she was upset and depressed and felt useless. She could now help someone who needed her, even though it wasn't her baby.
