Where can I find a blank template with all the accurate sizes for a brochure? (8.5 x 11 size)

Hmm..since you already know what dimensions you need, why not just make it yourself.  If you need any other specific details like, colour format, cut-off boarders and DPI, you should have mentioned those too.

What exactly are you trying to do, because i've made magazines and the smallest details need to be correct as it can ruin the entire line if you don't catch the mistake after the test print.

Not sure if there is one true template for a trifold because it depends on the printer's folding specs. Now, if you are printing and folding yourself, you could fold it however you want.
