Graphic Design on a car/van?

I was wondering what the best program out there to design graphics on a company car/van is and where would be the best place to find images of the car and vans?

Has anyone on here done this before?

i do it all the time...the graphics your looking for are called vectors.basically its a pic that when its blow up very large it doesnt change its quality so are perfect for plotters/cutters...
