Graphic desgn help????

Question

i was wondering if someone could help me.

have you ever seen the music video for "shut up and let me go" by the ting tings? well if not open a new tab and watch it real quick. only 2 and a half minutes.

anyways, once you have watched the video, you noticed how they would put their fingers together in the little triangle and would have another video streaming in it.

i was wondering if anyone knew how to do this with a still picture. like if i took a picture with the little triangle with my hands and emailed it to you, would you be able to put another still picture inside the triangle (pics of my choice)???

now i am looking for this to be my myspace default so i would want it to be really cool.

this would really outdo my friends so pls help me i lve how they do this i will have a picture ready in a few days with one of my friends
