Graphic/layout makers?

what are some sites that i can make my own text, icons and layouts on? i am not aloud to download or sign up, so it kind of limits me =) but please HELP!

  1. Hi Jennifer,

    Well, I don't know what kind of computer that you own, but your parents paranoia must mean that you have Windows.  If you had a mac you could make your own icons using a simple graphics program and copy and paste it into your icon.  You must be able to use a graphics program on Windows.  Maybe Windows has something similar.  Best of luck.
