  2. Southern Cemetery

    Barlow Moor Road

    Chorlton-***-Hardy

    MANCHESTER

    M21 7GL

The cemetery office is located inside the main cemetery gates on Barlow Moor Road (under the clock spire).

    Contact Details

    Telephone: 0161 227 3205

    Email: ops.cemeteries@manchester.gov.uk

You will need an exact date of death in order for the grave to be located. If you don't have this information there's a good chance you will be charged a search fee, here in Nottingham this is £25:00.

    Hope this helps.

  3. As an aside, don't be surprised if her grave isn't marked. The cemetery will have a record of where she is buried, but sometimes with very young children they don't bother erecting gravestones. It depends on the family.
