Gravel brush and rocks ? usually seen at therapists ?

What is it called when theres like a sand box not the ones you play in but a smaller version. it has sand in it and rocks ; it comes with a wooden brush and people usually use that brush to sway along the sand . I think its supposed to be like peaceful or something but i usually see it at therapists offices.

any idea what there called?
