Gravis game pad

Question

Gravis game pad Pro... only works in while shock on her fresh reboot... any troubleshooting that I can manually do to force it to work without rebooting.. I know   Weird problem.... after rebooting it works fine and it works for most other things... I think it's software problems with a clash with bioshock.. they know nothing... I just wonder if there's a trick to make it crash with all the reboot...
