I want a good idea where i don't talk to him directly, just to his co-workers to embrass him

call and say you are from the phone company and tell the person on the other end that you are doing a repair and if the phone rings within the next 10 minutes tell them not to answer it because there is a good chance you will be electrocuted while repairing the line. after you hang up call back repeatedly untill they answer ,as soon as they pick up scream out loud and say ''oh my god , what did i tell you not to do""

I think that you are being very stupid! You are wanting to expose your fatther to ridicule. He will become the butt of every bit of sarcasm. Everyone even those who should look to your father for guidance and perhaps leadership will have a lower opinion of him. You could even destroy any hopes of promotion that he has; you could cause such trouble that you will never be able to explain it as a joke.

  You risk losing any affection that he has for you.
