i am reading it but if you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

what is the writer's style, tone, & point of view?

any of your thoughts on the themes, plot(structure), characters(development), and setting.

any quotes that stuck out to you?

  1. well the theme and point of view of the book is about Pip's innocence

    (of not knowing what he is in society) and maturing and becoming a proper gentleman

    ....the quote that sticks to my head is the one after Estella makes funny of him and Pip becomes self-aware and notices his "coarse commonboy hands"

    Joe is really the only character that doesnt change in the book

    His Forge represents warmth and home
