Great Places to eat in Nashville, TN?

I am wondering what a great well known place to eat in the center of downtown Nashville, near all the music and what not. Any type of food is fine!!

I love Nashville!  Lucky you . . . the chain Cracker Barrel is good, and Waffle House is one a lot of musical artists go to.  They're all over.  What time of year are you going?  Cracker Barrel has an awesome lemon icebox pie that's to die for...
