Great South Run question?

I've entered the Great South Run this year and am running through a charity. I just wondered if anybody has done it before and if so, is it quite a flat race? The other question is, does anyone know of a good place to park on the day? Thanks.

Go to Great Runs. Pick up the Realbuzz link and you will find Blog pages for all Great Run events including the Great South Run.
