Have you ever tried Aladdin's Eatery? There are a few locations & I'm sure you can find them online. The decor is really unique & colorful, the food is great! It's like a Mediterranean mix w/ vegetarian & non-vegetarian options.

Or if you want to travel a little outside of Dublin, try Whole World on High Street in Clintonville near Rag-O-Rama. That's my favorite place!
