Yes, there is one surviving great-grandchild who is 92 years old. Carl Johan Bernadotte is the fifth and youngest child, and the fourth son, of King Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden and Princess Margaret of Connaught.

There were 87 people (including 3 stillborn children) in the generation of the great-grandchildren. They were born from 1882 to 1920. Carl was born in 1916.

Princess Katherine of Greece and Denmark died on October 2, 2007 at the age of 94. She was the last great granddaughter.

I think they all died. Queen Elizabeth II is a great-great-granddaughter of Victoria;her father George VI(d.1952),uncle Edward,Duke of Windsor(d.1972),aunt Mary(d.1965),uncle Henry(d.1974),George,Duke of Gloucester(d.1942),and John(d.1919) were among the great-great-greats of Victoria.
