When are you going?  The actual flight cost will depend on that.

Southwest has flights out of Seattle for $101 each way for September to the end of the year. http://www.southwest.com/cgi-bin/lowFare...

The total cost for 2 round trip tickets at that price would be $445, which would still leave you $450 for 3 nights in a hotel.  If you can make your honeymoon during the week, you can stay in a very nice hotel room for $450.  If you go on the weekend, you won't be able to get much for less than $150/night.
