It was a terrible performance to be honest but well done to them for showing the resolve to win. Maybe they can compete after all but they need to stop trying to go through the centre. Gerrard cannot bail them out every time.

That tuncay turn was almost as good as Dennis Bergkamp's. Pity he didnt finish it.
