Great trucking companies to work for -- OTR?

If you are a truck driver, can you tell me about some great trucking companies I could work for? I have 2 1/2 yrs of experience but have been off the road for the past 2 months now. I need a good company that pays good (as a company driver, not owner operator), and also that I could take my wife with me and accepts pets (we have 2 small dogs). I live in central FL. Any ideas? thanks!
