Great video card for the game World of Warcraft?

I need to update my video card and i was wondering what are some ones that are great for runing World of Warcraft on its maxed out settings which is 1152x864 resolution atleast also all the other settings are maxed out under the video options of the game so I'm guessing the card has to be pretty good to run it without any problems at all. Also i would like to be able to run Fraps on World of Warcraft on top of the high settings and resolution without any problems at all. If you know any good video cards that are capable to run all this without any problems please let me know. Thanks!

My current video card is the Radeon 9250 and my FPS on the game is always low. Its around 15 or less most of the time and when i run Fraps it will go down to around 7 (This is with maxed settings). I want to have around 60 FPS while runing Fraps and maxed settings.

When I had a 7600GS (AGP x8) I was getting about 50-70 on max and 1440x900 res, so that should be good. Theres also a more powerful 7600GT on PCI-e I believe.

Upper-8 series would probably be more cost-effective for the future though...WoW isn't exactly a cutting edge game.

And it's a bit RAM intensive, so you'll want atleast 1 Gig to run effectively.
