Great workouts? especially for triceps!?

Does anyone know of good workouts to do at home?

keep in mind, i have dumbells and household items.

i dont want anything impossible, but results!

especially for shoulders abs and triceps, my tris are tiny, and my bis are a pretty good size, because those are so much more fun to work out.

  1. for your triceps it is really good if you lean onto a bench type object and hold a dumbell in one arm.

    for the right side:

    bend your right knee onto the bench so your kneeling on it and put your left leg on the other side of the bench, then put your left hand on the bench holding onto the side of it.

    then bring up your right arm with the dumbell and keep your biceps in a flat position and do not move them , make sure they completely flat and then lift the weights while keep your bicep flat

    and vice versa for the left side
