Greater gas mileage Hummer H3 2006?

Hi! I see some people increase their gas mileage with codl air intakes and exhaust things. I was wondering what could I put on the hummer to increase the gas mileage and possibly how much would it do?

Please no answers saying get rid of the hummer first lol Its just a curiosity :)

it would not make much of a difference maybe in the long run.

It wouldn't make a significant difference. The money you'd spent on the exhaust and intake would negate the money you'd save at the pump. Also, don't buy a Hummer and complain about gas prices.
