  1. Probably Jack Nicklaus making the birdie putt on the 17th hole in the last round of the 1986 Masters.

  2. gene sarazen's double eagle at augusta to jump him into winning the masters? for you who think its considered the national golf association that means he got a two on a par 5. which is very rare. more rare than a hole-in-one. augusta national is the course they hold the masters at every year. it is arguably the most famous and best tournament in golf.

  3. OK, you can't spell it, you don't watch it, you don't have any appreciation for it, yet you expect us to provide you with the greatest moment in history? Probably last week when John Daly got DQ'd for being late.

  4. Rather than trying to answer a question which has no answer, I'll suggest that you start watching the game.  Then you'll have the joy of seeing some of the greatest moments in the PGA as they happen.

  5. There is absolutely no way to name THE greatest moment.  The PGA TOUR has been around, in varying incarnations, for 85+ years.

In that time there have been so many fantastically great moments, it would be extremely difficult to even rank the top 20.
