Looking at the records, surely Real Madrid. they won it the most, compared to any other teams

but looking at the players and performances, i think it's barcelona. they play beautiful football, creative especially when all ronaldinho deco eto'o and messi were there, unpredictable, fair play, and they have the combination of potential young players and highly experienced players. some of them have amazing individual skills, but they work together much more than play individually
