Greatest paralympic moment?

I heard that once in the paralympics, in one of the running events, one of the competitors fell and the others went back to help them. Is this true? Where can I find info on that moment?

Here's another story about great sportsmanship:

It's about a Washington HS 3200 meter state champion that was disqualified unjustly for something she didn't do. When the awards were given:

The girl who won the 1st place medal stepped off the podium and placed the medal around the disqualified girls neck.

Next, the girl with the second place medal placed it around the girl who gave up the 1st place medal.

The third place, 4th place, etc...each in turn followed suit.

The judges reviewed the tapes and reversed their earlier decision.
